    D-bol timing?

    Hey bros I'm just wondering about the timing to take my d-bol. I know every 3 to 4hrs but how does that work i'm taking 30mgs ed
    each tab is 10mgs so if i take them at 7:00am 11:00am and 3:00pm what about the 16 hrs between 3:00pm & 7:00am? or should i take my first pill at noon since natural test levels are highest in the morning?whats your guyz timing?

    Bill Roberts suggests a one day dose in the morning will produce longer lasting gains while a spread out admin will produce faster results. I have not toyed with that single dose protocal yet... has anyone?

    (leave it up to the steroid gurus to keep switching around recommendations)
