Only one hand going numb, one wrist being sore

I am taking 3iu GH right now and sometimes wake up at night with my left hand being numb (like from lack of circulation). I shake it or change my sleeping position and it goes back to normal. And sometimes my left wrist will be sore when I wake in the morning or while I am working out. All of this just on my left hand. Anybody else get this?

Around 3.3 iu a day, I usually take it all in one shot first thing in the morning. Sometimes I'll split them half and half AM and PM

it seems like a very common side effect of hGh, try to slip it into two doses maybe that will help a little

i get it in my hands, sometimes just one hand, sometimes in both. This morning it was my right hand that went numb, and kept waking me up

I've got kits from two different sources so I've got yellow and blue top kits. I get the same effects from both
