am thinking 12 week cycle

2ml decca
1 ml sustanon

every 4th day

and nolvadex (unsure when to start nolva)

something like this:
sust 500mg/week 1-12 shot eod
deca 400mg/week 1-10 shot twice a week
just something where we know what you are doing. from what you wrote we can't critique
