    Numb..

    Tonight i lost my best friend. He was taken in a car accident a couple of hours ago.

    I don't know what to do. I just feel numb..

    Thanx for the kind words, brothers. I truly appreciate it.

    Saw his family yesterday, wasn't easy to say the least. His sister is in Europe at the moment so we have to wait for her to get back, hell it's just going to get harder.

    Was with some of my other mates last night, it was good because they were all being very suppourtive.

    Today i've just been lurking here, haven't eaten properly since sunday. I know it's stupid but it's different to just having no appetite. I feel like there's this huge empty space inside me.

    I'm going to have to change gyms too because we used to go to the same gym & that's just going to bring back way too many memories.

    Laughing at the 140 lbs kids doing barbell curls.
