I am trying a fidd gh protocol....
morning empty stomach 2 IUs gh plus 45 min cardio
meals all protein and fat
b4 the gym I sometimes have a naughty meal something with carbs and fat - fvck it right
then b4 the gym (7pm) again 2 IUs of gh, because I want my gym session to also burn fat, and the 10 IUs of slin to get the whole synergy igf effect
PWO is 50 dex
but the other meals are only protein, and I don't go hypo.....
What do you think?
I have to go extreme with low carbs at night because I am extremly sensitive to them fat wise....
