bro not trying to flame but i think you have some more reading to do. Deca at 100mg is worthless imo. there is no need to pyramid the dbol. winny take at least 50mg/eod, and take it from like 7-12.

Do not pyramid the Dbol, run it at a constant dose of 40mg/day for the first 4 weeks (5 weeks if you want, I feel 4 weeks is enough).

Run the Sust at 500mg/wk if this is your second cycle and run the Deca at 300-400mg/wk (although I would substitute 400mg/wk EQ for Deca).

Run the Winstrol @ 50mg/ED for 4 weeks

So basically the cycle would look like this

wk 1-4 dbol @ 40mg/day
wk 1-10 sust @ 500mg/wk
wk 1-10 deca @ 300-400mg/wk or EQ at 400mg/wk
wk 9-13 winny @ 50mg/day

Start Clomid after the winny. I would run Arimidex or Liquidex through the cycle to minimize water bloat.
