BF test off dr ??

Hi guys would my dr do a bodyfat test on me if i asked, just wanna get everything checked before i go ahead with next cycle. Make sure i'm nice and healthy lol

try calling the nurse and asking if they do that in the office...a lot of doctors that i have seen or heard of use the bullshiat bmi calculator

Be sure to ask him to check your rectal fat percentage. That's a pretty accurate method of determining your overall BF%.
