Started Green Top Jintropin HGH yesterday (5/19/08)

Just wanted to share and use this as a sort of journal to keep me motivated. Let me start with my stats and work into my goals.

6'0" 325 lbs male about to turn 35 yrs old.

I carry almost all of my weight in the mid section. I have very strong legs due to being overweight my entire life and pretty good endurance from playing lots of sports. My normal (fat) weight is between 250-275. I let myself go as I got into a funk in a relationship that I was in. As sad as some of you guys that have dedicated your lives to training may think this is, I really needed a catalyst to get me to start going to the gym consistantly and keep me motivated.

I had a about 3 cc's of Test Cyp 200mg and 1 cc of Tren Fina left over from about 6months ago. I lost about 40 lbs. Then the holidays came and I found 15 lbs that I lost. I dont believe that I was as mentally prepared at that time as I am now. Anyways, I digress. I started hitting the gym about 2 weeks ago. So I mixed the Tren and the Test together in one vial and started taking it last Monday. I ordered one kit of Jintropin to evaluate it and make sure that it is authentic and also ordered a couple of vials of Test Prop 100mg. There should be some Tren Fina available in the next couple of days for me that will be about 85mg Tren and 50 mg Test Prop per ml.

I received my HGH yesterday afternoon and took 2 iu's. I had already done cardio that morning. I woke up this morning and finished off the Tren Test blend that I had and did another 2 iu's of the GH. I think that I am starting to feel the Tren/Test blend now. I did notice that I sweat about as much today doing half the cardio as I did yesterday. It was my first time on the eliptical (sp?) and I may have overdone it at 1 hr yesterday. I usually use the bike as it doesnt require me to fight my bodyweight. My legs were burning really bad after about 35 min today and I am still sore from a heavy weights work out a couple of days ago so I called it a day.

My goal is to loss 75 lbs of fat in under 6 months and gain some upper body strength and mass in the process. My exact gear regimen will be as follows.

    Jintropin HGH @ 2iu's 5/2 (6 months+)
    Tren F blend (85mg tren + 50mg prop) @ 1cc EOD (60-70 days)
    Test Prop (100mg) @ 1 cc EOD (60-70 days)

From everything that I have read, this combo should help me drop the weight relatively quickly.

My workout will look something like this:

    Elipticle machine (cardio) 6/1
Heavy Weight Training to muscle failure per muscle group EOD (no legs)

I would very much like to hear opinions and constructive criticism regarding the stack, my training or whatever else.

Thanks in advance for reading this long winded post.

This will be my 4th cycle (lifetime). I have always dropped lots of weight while doing my cycles. I do know how to eat properly, I just havent been eating properly until a few weeks ago. As for why I dont work legs, I am doing cardio 6 days a week which consists of 45+ min on the elipticle. Not sure what you weigh but it is probably below 225 lbs. Try throwing a 100 pound backpack on your back and jogging or doing the elipticle. It's plenty of workout for the legs.

There is alot more psychology involved in changing your body from fat to fit than there is for the guys that are trying to gain weight or simply add muscle. Saying "just get on a diet" to a guy that has been fat all his life is like telling an alcoholic to just quit drinking or a smoker to just quit cigarettes. Sure there are people that just wake up one day and say I quit but it is not the norm and even they find it very difficult. Not trying to make excuses, I'm obviously trying to do something about it. Just trying to help you understand how it looks from the other side of the table.

    BTW I appreciate your feedback.

I would through in legs in my opinon. There is no substitue for a good leg day. It works your core and about half your body. I think you owe it to yourself to through at least one day in there for legs. Cardio looks good, but i agree with pietro, lay off the clemens gear. Get in a gym, get your workouts in for a couple months with a good diet and see where your at after 4 months without gear. Maximize your natural bodys potential then hit the gear

I guess everyone has their own way of achieving their goals but I personally would not have started using anything till I dropped a lot of weight naturally. You don't need HGH and AAS to cut down on weight, this can be done naturally just as easy. Use HGH and AAS when you want to stack on the weight with muscle.

Anyway, as I said we all have different ways of doing things so if this is working for you then stick to doing just that.

    Good luck.

i might drop at least 100 pounds first. you can work out for longer if you don't get winded just by walking.

It sounds like you're on a mission and I think you deserve credit for recognising that you are waiting for a heart attack. I agree with Gear, get some calorie restriction going on, cut carbs (only eat wholemeal, brown rice/pasta, sweet potato) and keep out trans/saturated fats but get lots of ***** fats (EPA/DHA etc) and quality protein. You shouldn't eat more than 2000 calories a day (I'd aim for 1500 if I had as much to lose as you).

Some guys on this board will aim for 7500 calories but they are gaining and on large AAS cycles and they tend to eat the right foods in the main.

Just eat properly, take some supplements (ephidrine, clen, t3/t4) and do cardio for 1 hour every morning and weights 3 times a week.

Do this for a year and see how you look. You don't need roids to lose weight, as Gear says, roids are for gaining or (in cutting cycles) to preserve lean mass when carbs and cals are at a low.

    Good luck
