nolv or arimedix for gyno prevention

What is the best to take during test cycle to prevent gyno? What will not efect gains (igf). I have nolv on hand, just wondering what is best. Or is there anything better.

The nolva would be fine, but letro is even better.

Oh wait, are you talking about what you can run during the whole cycle?

If your gyno prone, Arimidex 0.5-1mg/ED, Aromasin 12.5mg/ED or EOD, or finally Letro 0.5mg/ED or EOD.

Two threads today with the same question... OK, in my case, I am welcoming the bloat and do not want to reduce estrogen levels while on cycle (12 weeks Test E). I am running 25 mg Proviron ed as well. My nipples are starting to get a little tender, so i am thinking about adding something to make sure that does not get any worse. No itching ar any sign of lumps, just a little tender when I press on them. So, would you still recommend I use Adex, or would a low dose of nolva, say even 10mg/eod be something to try? I know nolva can lower IGF levels, but that is a very conservative dose and I am on GH as well. Again, I do not want to stop any bloating or reduce my estrogen, just make sure gyno sypmtoms do not progress. Thoughts? And I'll take my asnwer off the air...
