Hey guys just looking for an honest advice im 31 yrs of age, and i really want to bulk up for once, i already started gym for a few months now started at 128 and now im at 145 pounds just by eating and protein shakes, not happy w/ the results, i used to be a fatty 160 actually but lost it via heavy cardio work out, no weight training just good old jogging, guess i over did it back then, never thought bulking up just now. Im thinking of using deca, dianabol and testo enanthate, any advice on stacking it...
