    Talking Help w/ stacking, first timer here

    Hey guys just looking for an honest advice im 31 yrs of age, and i really want to bulk up for once, i already started gym for a few months now started at 128 and now im at 145 pounds just by eating and protein shakes, not happy w/ the results, i used to be a fatty 160 actually but lost it via heavy cardio work out, no weight training just good old jogging, guess i over did it back then, never thought bulking up just now. Im thinking of using deca, dianabol and testo enanthate, any advice on stacking it...

    Bro I would hold of for atleast another year before you even think of sauce! You have not even come close to your natural potential! Steroids are somthing you use once you have hit your natural limit....No offense but most of what you would gain on sauce you could archive naturaly and wouldent you rather be benching 315 on sauce or 185lbs? Trust me man It takes time but you will be alot happier If you have a solid foundation to build on rather then a weakone....Its like trying to build a mansion on a small foundation.

    Take you time ther no rush to get big....come back here in a couple years and you will see what I mean.

    Pretty much agree with the rest of the guys, however if you don't take their advice then please, just stick to a single compound for a 1st cycle IE; test.

    Dude I remeber way back in highschool I wanted to go on sauce so bad! I was like 150lbs but my older bro just told me take my time....4 years later I was 210lbs at my peak....Its worth waiting!

    Most of my budies who didint listen to me went on sauce affter only working out for like 6 months....My one budy started his cycle at 140lbs and ended at 160, went from benching 155lbs to 195lbs....now this would sound like a good thing but If he only gave it another year he could have benched 205lbs naturaly and been 170lbs naturaly! by the way since his diet sucks he lost 90% of his gains haha

    Now on the other hand my budy who had been training for 5 years and was 190lbs was 210lbs by the end of his first cycle, his bench jumped from 245lbs x 6 to 285 x 6 and he only lost about 6lbs when he went off because he had ana amzing diet!

    So what guy do you want to be?
