    Ways of planning a diet!

I am trying to get a good gain diet going. I am taking.
    Test 500mg per week (1-12wks)
    Tren 250mg per week (1-8wka)

    D-bol 30mg a day 1-3wks( my last weeks 40mg)

Clen 7days on and 7 off at 40-80mcg a day

Now how would I place my meals.

I have gain 20pounds within the first 3.5weeks on a bad plan.
I am eating lots and about 9 times a day, but now I just eat alot of fat and carbs and protein, Now that I am hitting 4 weeks, I would like to get into a good plan.

So 6meal with that snack before bedtime (casien) or (cottage cheese).

But I am looking for the placing of the protein/ carb/ fat at what time during the days meals?

First off, you need to know your LBM. That is what you base your daily macros off of.
What I'm saying is, you don't feed fat, just muscle, organs, bone.

With all that said, I can't suggest a meal plan to you til I know your LBM or at least your current body fat.

Why did you wait 4 weeks into your cycle to decide on eating properly? You should have had a diet laid out ahead of time so you wouldn't put on excess body fat during the cycle.

I have posted my plan , not any macro, just the foods I am going to be intaking, I was just hoping for a guide line to follow.

My bf is around 14% I would say. I am trying to find a bf scale that is true, but hard to fine.

So if you can help let me know any tips then that would be nice if not then I will go ahead and do what I have now, maybe post it tomorrow.
