Hi I started my first injectable cycle about two weeks ago but I noticed having a look at a number of forums and steroid info websites that alot of their so called "novice" cycles are nearly double the amount I'm using! Unfortunatly I can't speak to my friend who advises me on this as he happens to be preparing for a major comp atm so I thought I might ask anyone who can help me on this forum. The stack is very simple:
300mg/ml of Test Enanthate at 1ml per week for 10 weeks
100mg/ml of Test Cypionate at 1ml per week for 10 weeks
200mg/ml of Nandrolone at 1ml per week for 10 weeks.
This stack was recommended to me by my friend I did not make this one up myself.
Is this a good first injectable cycle?
My diet is as follows:
Breakfast: 4 whole eggs + 2 wholemeal muffins (4 halves) + 1/2 cup of oats in milk
Mid morning: Protein shake + 1cup of oats
Lunch: 1 whole breast + 1cup brocolli+ 1 cup of basmati rice+ 3g of glutamine
Afternoon: Protein shake + 1cup of oats
Preworkout: BCAAS+ 2g of glutamine+ 1 cup of oats
Post workout: Protein shake+ 2g glutamine
Dinner: (mostly carb based) 1 1/2 cupsof rice + 2 cups of brocolli + 100g of fish/chicken/redmeat
Before bed: Protein Shake + 1cup of shredded wheat or oats + 3g of glutamine.
By the way I'm 23 years old, 198 pound and 172cm, and have been training for 4 years though I really only consider the first 2 years "serious" training.
