go tot the diet forum look for a cuttin diet 18 is imo to young to be throwing compounds into your body

i have been dieting i used to weigh 235 but im also loseing strangth about 7 months ago i could put up 365 on bench no problem 4 to 5 times and now i can barly do it one time. what is the best way to get my strangth back up and cut myby 15 pounds
Cardio may not like but has to been done proper dieting as well,
at your age you have a naturaly anabolic hormone level in your body why mess that up by adding it sintet..... unless you have a medical issue and your body is not producin easily checked by bw if in doubt if its all good try some otc products first.
