I'm currently 36 years of age, 5'10", 160lbs and about 12% BF. I have done about 3 cyces in the past 2 x DBol/Deca and 1x Test/EQ. I reached about 180-182 at my peak last summer but have had some difficulty maintaining the weight afterwards. This could have occured for a few reasons such as I was likely not eating/sleeping enough and a lack of proper and sometimes non-existant PCT but I've always trained hard on or off gear.
My goal with this cycle is to add about 15 lbs of lean muscle while increasing my strength and keep it this time!! I'm looking at doing Test Prop/EQ Drive/Parabol this cycle so I'm looking for suggestions for the dosages per week and for how long I should run each.
I was initially thinking something like this:
Test Prop 100 (300mg/wk) (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
EQ Drive 250 (Boldenone Undecylenate 600mg/wk & Methlandrostendiol Dipropionate 150 150mg/wk) (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
Parabol 150 (300mg/wk) (Monday, Wednesday)
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!
