I'm looking for some info on a beginners cycle, I've been working out pretty consistently for the last 18 months after a 2 year hiatus to have some kids and do the whole married thing. I lift 3 days a week full body workouts and do cardio 2 times a week. Then abs strictly 1 day a week.
Eating wise been doing better since I got back into trainning, mornings usually 4 eggs with some fruit, lunch chicken and rice, dinner is usaully pasta, chicken or steak. I've been using portion control to control my weight. Usually snack on banna's, apples and oranges throughout the day.
1 year ago i was pushing 300 from just being lazy and eating everything my kids eat. I'm looking to get stronger and have some more cuts(which I know comes from dieting). Overall would like to get more serious about obtaining a stronger and better looking me.
So please provide any help or suggestions you may have, if you have any ? just ask..
