    planter faciatis recovery

    think i am finally recovered from messin up my foot. went to some running store today and they did some treadmill computer monitor system that watches how you run. got some sweet inserts and shouldnt hurt it again now.

    can step up my cardio again now and get off the dang bike

    Maybe. I used to run marathons. And would have to freeze water in a paper cup and then roll it with my heel at my desk.
    I even had injections of cortisone directly into my heel.

    If it flairs up this is the best thing you can do for it.

    Its called the strasburg sock. It will definitely help. However if you were running on the wrong type of shoes, depending on your heel strike getting a treadmill analysis is the best thing you can do.

    And for petesake. Dont forget to change those shoes every 250-300 miles if you weigh more than 150 lbs. If you have any questions you can pm me. I feel your pain bro.

    I did get this from running in a pair of cheap bad shoes. it was on a treadmill also. i think i got it either from that or from kicking a shovel all day edging my yard. one way or the other it sucked and hurt. I could hardly ride my harley and hit the foot brake.

    thanks for the reply. it was a somewhat mild case cause i did not get the heal spurs bad. I hope it doesnt come back. 3 miles the other day and no pain so i might be good to go...
