Everybody is going to tell you diffrent, you probally need to do some research to make up your own mind. I like ProM3.
Designer Whey for Whey protein. Myoplex for an MRP protein blend.
I think a poll was ran about this a few weeks ago....
Agree with tt333...I like Pro V 60 for a time-released/mass-builder, and Iron-Tek Essential Whey (best price I've seen on a whey isolate/concentrate...tastes and mixes very well; they use sucralose as a sweetener which is derived from sugar so, it's a lot sweeter than most proteins)
Optimum 100% whey, and also Muscle Milk, both taste great.
Optimum is a good protein, I used it for several years but, Iron-Tek is still a better buy ($19.95 for a 5.5 lb container...86 servings, 22g protein/serving)
for me its either Optimum (chocolate mint flavour), or Sportlab's Essential Whey ( chocolate and vanillia are both amazing)
I use Isopure for pre and post workout and I use Optimum Pro Blend for any other time.

Whey absorbs quickly with the highest BV - so it is good for post workout and first thing in the morning.
A Casein/Whey blend is good in an MRP.
Soy is the worst. Hard to mix and Soy can lower testosterone levels if taken regularly. It is a cheap useless protein that is often added in supplements to increase profit margins for products.
being from Aus. we get a lot of cheap shitty protein here. from what i've read it all the locally produced stuff, so i'm starting to buy U.S made stuff, i bought some optimum natural whey protein which retails for around $75 for the 5lb tub, i see allsports on this site sells 10lbs for a lot less than this but they dont do international orders.oh well
