    NEW Pictures. Estimated BF%??????

Hey everyone! Some of you remember me from my old name and diaries on this board under username "LookingToCut". You can search that and you will see. Well I got wayyyyyyy out of shape for a while and have spent the last 1.5 years back in the gym and dieting hard. I was 291lbs just 1.5 years ago before all this work!!!

    Current Stats:

    Age: 24
    Height: 6'3
    Weight: 200lbs
    Waist: 34

Can you guys tell me what you estimate my Body Fat % to be now? I'm still going strong on my "cutting" phase. Not looking to lose any more weight, just continue to build muscle and tone up.

    Thank you!!!

Not on my computer but I was going through some things the other day and came across some pictures from before. It was unbelievable to look at. I didn't even think it was me. Crazy to look back at that now but at that time I didn't feel "fat".

Actually here are (2) pictures I just found. These were me at about 270lbs. Picture another 10-20lbs heavier.

I'm the one with the White/Blue plad shirt on.

Great job on loosing fat, get lower on the bodyfat before starting to gain.
Your body handles carbohydrates much better when your bodyfat is real low, and you'll notice more muscle gains, and look better.

Btw, for 270 pounds on that picture you don't look morbidly obese, tall guy.
But you look about 1001% better now, go for the x factor.

Most gyms have a caliper or eletronic bf maching(Not as accurate) so if you go ask they mite be able to do it for you and in most cases its free.

Any other estimates? I only heard one actual guess. I'm doing cardio 5x/week for 30 minutes on an empty stomach alongside a very clean diet. Should that be sufficient to continue to cut the bf%?

Trying to get washboard abs! I know cardio & diet is the most key part but currently I'm hitting abs 3x/week. Is that sufficient also?
