ok i just finished a 10 week deca only cycle (2weeks of winny did nothing) and gained like 19 pounds, i have been using clomid for about 1 week now and my question is is it ok to do some AM cardio before eatting w/ some hydroxycut in the morning because i just ate 1 whole medium pizza and im feeling guilty about it. will this cardio risk some losing some hard earned muscle or what? any advice please. also what sort of intensity do you guys think it sound be?
