Test E 250mg and PCT during/after cycle?

okay, all of u guys were right. i wasn't informed enough to use AAS. however, i am on my 6th week of a Test E only cycle at 250mg per week. i've used it for TRT as well as to supplement my bodybuilding. i've noticed some mild nipple sensitivity but this could be due to an increase in my libido.
it has been suggested that i start using 10mcg of Nolvadex now and then up it to 20mcg during the end of my cycle and post-cycle. Should i just stay on Test for an extended period. If i'm goin to go off, how should i approach my PCT. thanks very much.

what do you think of this? my Doctor's are SO against steroid use.

i also have some mild male pattern baldness and i don't want to increase this. will this dosage of Test E make this worse? i was told by a hormone specialist to not use Proscar (Finisteride) because he said that it would interfere/act on my hormones; It lowers Testosterone.

At what dosage does Test replace natural test. i've been told it is as little as 70mg.

TRT is forever. (testosterone replacement therapy) there is no cycle of it... no pct ever unless you come off. You would only want TRT if your natural levels are low. Otherwise you are just cycling.

Most TRTers don't go over 200mgs week and most are at 100-150 depending on the blood work results after couple of months. Armidex seems to be the anti e of choice to combat nipple tenderness/gyno issues for TRTers.

70mgs is considered to be the amount your body would produce if not on gear. Finisteride would be fine, your test levels should be through the roof at 250mgs.

As far as coming off, you would need pct, check that forum.
