Has anyone ever had to take time off of training due to extreme muscle stiffness? I used to overtrain pretty bad in the past and I think it's finally all caught up to me. I have started strechting more lately, but after two sets of any exercises my muscles are usually done and I get really weak. Then all throughout the days my muscles are just cramped. My diet is good, rest is good, get deep tissue about once per month but nothing is helping. Any advise from those with the simialr issue? How much time did you have to take off?
