the first picture is just too much.
i honestly dont have the energy to train with the old intensity i did then. i can still bring it, but that was a different time. i use to fall on the floor and just drop after back days where i couldnt even breathe. those workout would take soem time gettign back to.
now , i want to be somewhere in the middle.
i'm gonna throw in some of my bb'ing dvds to get myself hype to make it happen again.

It is great that you are ready to train hard again, I honestly thing that you look great, and keep us post it I am sure that you will be in the best shape in no time.

i am going to meticulously plan my diet to the gram. i need to restablish my old training routine which i'll type if anyone cares to see it, but for the first two weeks the volume is just going to be lower.
notsmall,i was always a big fan of the ARR Cialis. oh i will be ordering more
i dont get fat if i dont train and eat. muscle atrophy sets in in about 4 minutes after my last workout and tries to royally **** me. if i dont train i shrivel to nothing. that fact that i stay really leans gives the appearance of some musculature, but not much. from the side i disappear with no thickness now, i have a wide clavicle so that says me ,once my shoulders fill out, from the front.
bottom line, i was undisciplined and let this happen to myself. now i have to either make it happen or go be average and shut up.

Good God man! Kidding again. You look fine. The first pic is better........but you look fine in the second one. Muscle memory is definately true brotha.......stuff comes back so quick. In 2002, I took 7 months off and had everything back in a month and a half. I am a bit jealous tho...........NYC has some of the best looking women I've ever seen in my life. So I don't blame ya there partyboy LOL.

I just back in to it too...I was like a kid in a candy shop when I went in to the gym...I had a new partner and I was like "I love that exercise and that one"...he was like "calm down"...just glad to be back!!
Yes, He looks great, but If you saw pics of partyboy back in the day, you would understand where's he coming from. He was a monster. So yeah, now he looks much better than most of us, but back then...WOW!
