This is my 1st post here. Stats 5'6 - 185lbs. Recently i have started playing football again after just doing weights 5 days a week with no cardio. I get pains in my calves whilst running and dont understand what this problems is. My theory is that my legs arent getting sufficient rest before i play since i train them on a wednesday and play on a friday. Or maybe its the use of heavywieghts as sometimes i get joint pains which is greatly affecting my mobility. any advie would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
