ok, in a nutshell "I NEED ADVISE" im new to the other than natural suppliments world and need some good advise. im on my way again to the middle east and have a funny feeling in my gut. i was promissed that this was going to be the last time i was going over there and want to do everything possible to be in the best shape ever. i have a buddy that went there hit a good cycle or two and said it was a breeze getting around on foot as well as humping all the gear. please suggest a cycle that will increase my strength and endurance. im not really concerned with the looks after but it wouldnt hurt, right? just to throw it in im also working on a great cardio plan as well.
