    Enough creatine in NO Xplode?

    I've been working out for a around two years now and have been taking NO Xplode as a pre-workout drink for some time now. On the label it says it contains Creatine in the mix, but is it enough? What I'm asking is, would it be useful or useless to start taking creatine? Or would it just be overkill because I'm taking NO Xplode?

    propriatary blend it dosn't say . u could stack Cell mass too man .i have NO xplode but dont take it constitly i use Kre alkyln constitly . so yea stck it with some createin

    Approximately 1 gram per scoop. Go on the BSN website and it's under the FAQ section for N.O. Xplode. 1 gram per scoop is not nearly enough IMO. You will definitely be better off stacking it will Cell Mass or another type of creatine. From what I understand you need about 10 grams a day on a regular basis and if you choose to load then it's 20 grams a day for the loading phase.

    Ok, I have a bottle of Kre-Alkalyn. I will probably use that. Thanks for the input!

    I use cellmass with N.O.. Low calorie/low carb.. great product IMO

    i always stack the n.o. explode and the cellmass. they work for me and are easy to mix in a water bottle.

    How is it stupid? Maby he uses it as a preworkout supplment to pumped to lose some weight. I have a bottle that I take a few scoops from when I want some pumps. I dont take it all the time, but it does do something for me.

    If you are bulking you need to take 5 grams 30min prior to your workout and 5 grams after your workout. Pretty much 10 grams of creatine on workout days. On non workout days I would say just keep in at 5 grams. 2.5 in the morning and 2.5 before bed.

    if he is taking celmass it is obvious to get bigger duh thats what createin is for so why would he pick a low carb one to get bigger u need high carb diet
