If you read the ban on ephedra at the FDA website it says they banned "ephedrine alkolids" not ephedra. I am just figuring this one out. We recently found a pre workout drink that we like and it has ephedra in it. I was sent a free sample. It tastes great, gave us energy, focus and allowed us to work out longer and with more weights. We both drank and still drink 2 ounces before our workouts. The name of the product is Ximo. I contacted the company and they explained that the ban was on ephedrine alkolids not ephedra.............We immediately became a distributor for the company because we know this is a awesome pre workout drink.
