My strength recently skyrocketed. I finally got 3 plates (315) up 2 months ago, now I get them 6 times. Im afraid to max out due to injury so what would you assume someone who puts 315 up 6 times can get once?

I would guess about 350-365
won't know until you try! It could be that 330 might be just too much for your shoulders....physically you won't know until you try! I know I can do a little more than 300, but my shoulders are all f'd up and I can only do sets with around 225 @ 12/12/10/8 and my shoulders kill after that.
according to my chart given to me in my Hkin high performance training class, your 1rm is ESTIMATED at 375lbs
