    Cool Contest Results + Pics

    O BTW
Here are some pics of me
Im looking much better currently than I did for my show, I took 1 week off and pigged out and gained 15 pounds, Currently cutting back down and then bulking up clean.
Was an all natural show. I did not place, my relaxed pose was really bad, for some reason I can't control my scapula that well and extend it.
Tried a Deep tissue massage but that reall ****ed me up, I was out for 1 week 6 weeks out from my show because of the massage.
I used 4 coats protan + 1 coat pam prejudging
Next time will use protan Then dreamtan
Looking to do first stack, I got my diet and training all down, Made it to my first natural show, Figure I have a good base and all the shit I need down.
    Looking towards
Test 500mg double load or triple
    Deca 400mg
    DBOL 30-45mg
    Anti estrogen
Keep in mind this will be a clean bulk not a crap load bulk

Proper PCT Probably Creatine + beta alanine + novadex

Here I am day before show.

Here I am Mid Day before Night show

Here I am prejudging. Im on the right side

Here I am night after show, when I carbed up the right way, to late.
    Was first show learned alot.

Here is Me right now, just taken 5 minutes
2 weeks into my cardio and proper diet after show. NO TAN no PRO TAN

Thanks, currently I am all natural
    No juice yet.
Id figure I need a base and basic fundamentals before juice.
I want the maximum results when I juice.
Figure what I posted above will be killer, Anyone with other comments or ideas for my stack are much appreciated
3 years into BB I got that all down now, and a decent base to start from.
It all comes down to diet, Diet is 70% gym is 30% IMHO, anyone can move weights but to discipline yourself is whole another story.
Big thanks to this forum also.
My trainer fed me up, he said Nibble on a few rice cakes and do upper body in the pump room, I woke up flat for one, did not maintain my state I was the night before even though I was eating every 3 hours.
I should of crapped loaded, I seen guys in the back eatin rice cakes + honey + PB.
Like I said I learned alot and another thank to this forum.

Here is a photo of me before when I first started in 1-1-2005

Here is me before started to diet and eat right.

    http://www.hackmyitouch.com/3%20Month%20Progress2.jpg

Only advise I got for people in here is to learn how to diet before anything, no matter what your goals.
Its not fun waking up everyt morning for 16 weeks to go do an hour of cardio then come back later and weight train.
Some people don't realize how hard it is to even make it on stage, not an easy feet.

Here are some more pics and what not.

thanks its to keep the homos from staring into my room when lights are on, never know what kind of people are around.
I felt I could of came in better for the show, Conditioning is key for a show, man did it suck. I should of been more ripped, But I did the best I could
Anyways you live and learn, I learned alot and enjoyed my week of ice cream and crap but I gained 15 + pounds, o well, It was worth it.
O and the 1 minute routine in front of an audience OMFG sucked, so nervous.

looking very nice there dude. If i could offer any advice apart from 'keep doing what your doing', it would be to work on your posing. The double biceps shots (front and back) and most muscular are the ones that strike me the most as needing work, as you arent maximising the width of your back. Like you said, you seem to have trouble controlling your scapula, which i did also, but with lots of practice, i have the mandatories down pretty good, and i dont even compete lol, apart from in my mirror!

Thanks, It was my first show.
I had an NPC judge train me for my show, I did my best.
One thing is my left bicep is smaller as I am right handed, My back is a little ****ed up as you can see my one trap looks like I have a rock on it.
When I went for a Deep Tissue massage they had alot to say about my back not being aligned properly.
the scapula I can move it fine in a front lat spread but not relaxed pose.

Thanks, Right now I wanna enjoy my life.
I plan on putting on some serious mass and then later on in life compete.
Im married, I wanna enjoy life and its hard to eating every 3 hours and supps and shit.
It takes a toll on you and even 10x worse when preparing for a show.
At least at this point I know what it takes to make it to a show.
Im glad I made it this far.
For now im just gonna keep cutting and keep my diet clean until I can see my abs, then bulk up clean with only whole food, I rather have complete aminos and proteins than something processed.

For my diet i weigh my meats "cooked" not "raw" meaning I cook 16 ounces of steak and get 10 ounces "cooked" out of it.
I was very precise with my food and what not.
Stuck to whole foods to get more complete proteins + make my body expend energy breaking it down.
Doing this and cardio daily at low intensity really tightened me up alot after 2 weeks.
Not ****ing fun waking up at 5:30 am going to do cardio for 1 hour then come home, eat, then shower, then go to work and have my 3 meals at work then come home eat again , go to the gym for weights, then come home eat again then eat before bed then sleep
    repeat 5 days a week
Non work days included 2 sessions of cardio one morning for 60 mins 1 30 mins at night

Dang i was gonna say big deal but your natty bro.

On your bulker crank that test up to atleast 500-600 and eat 6000 k a day.

You look really good considering your natural some guys cant even get as far as you with gear.

Next time you cut itll be alot diff with the lean mass youll gain much easier.

personally for your age and bodytype eat bigger your not gonna get that fat in 12-16 weeks man.

remember before your training with 7-11 mgs of testosterone probally. now your adding 50 x that amount with other anabolics. alot of the wieght will be water. train hard and keep on goin man!

Thanks, I busted my ass and I would not have made it this far without my wife, she stood behind me 150%.
Right now before the show and after the show my protein stayed the same and has not changed at all, about 275G from whole food.
I go by Leanbody mass and not overall weight.
I plan on eating the same as I am now but upping the protein to 2g per pound and the carbs also.
Probably a 50 30 20 ratio.I dont mind gaining a few %BF, i rather gain that than not gain muscle because of my diet.
I have not written down my gain plan but I normally use fitday.com and my personal macros to calculate my stats.
This is what I planned on
Test 500mg double load or triple
    Deca 400mg
    DBOL 30-45mg
What do you mean train with 7-11mgs of test?
Any benefit to using 600mg of test over 500mg? if so would 700mg be any better?
Also my rep range was from 10-12 heavy, why go light I used heavy to gain mass, i always train heavy , right now rest periods are 45-60 secs 4 sets 2 warmups.
When I bulk I normally do 6-8 reps 3-4 sets, 2-3 min rest periods.
Before I started for my show, I cut down to 170, then bulked to 186.
Then at 186 I started preparing for my show 16 weeks out, came down to weigh in on friday night at 164.2.
Tommorrow is my weekly weigh in for myself to see my progress when I wake up after pissing and shit. Then I do my cardio and weigh my self again to see the water weight difference.
Sun, mon, tues, wens= 0 carb days for me
Thurs, Fri = High carb days for me
Sat = low carb days for me.

JJ, if we're to be absolutely honest...If not for your current age, I'd suggest you not use gear for at least another year.

I respect your work ethic... But i do not think you have a solid enough base personally.

Thanks, I assume this is due to my naturally test levels and more room to grow.

props for doing your show, you look good, can you elaborate for some of the younger members who may plan to compete in their lifetime? what was it like, what did you have to do? and what were the worst parts to competing and best parts? thanks for sharing yuor experience!

    Thank you.
    What was it like?
It was very interesting and very very time consuming and very $$$.
I make decent $$$ doing IT work in the office, food gets expensive escpically now with the economy.
I have an entire photo gallery of how I prepared, my meals cooked, the tools I used.
I can post it, just not sure if it is allowed.
Part I hated the most was my 1 minute routine at the night show, where you just free pose to music of your choice in front of an entire audience.
Best part was making it a goal 1 year ago and keeping myself focused and on track and applying great discipline to make it.
Reading and learning about your own body and what works for you.
I always read, read the new mags just for recent studies and sometimes try it.
For my last bulkier I did Creatine mon hydrate + beta alanine + alri Stack.
It worked great and beta alanine worked ****ing awesome.
I will say it took alot of time from me and my wife, but im glad she stood behind me 150% at all times, Worst part is waking up with your face sucked in because I had to stop drinking water at 9 pm friday night and not having any water till 7 pm the next day. Try and scarf down some rice cakes with PB and honey on it dry, not the greatest thing in the world.
I used 4 coats of protan + pam day of show, next time I will do the same but just add dream tan before stepping on stage, I saw a few others and it made a hell of a difference.
Anyways I know what it takes to compete now and when Im ready to step back on stage I will and it wont be a natural show.
O the hardest thing i say is Learning how to pose.
For some it may be easy, but its not as easy at it looks, the judges had us up there for 10 minutes per class, I was in 2 classes I'm 5'8 164 at the show.
BTW I also live in New York.

Just weighed in this morning and I was 171.
I was 172 last week, normally I drop 2-3 pounds a week, Only thing I did different was add 6G yohimbe pre cardio and pre workout, CLA 6G a day, 2G with 3 meals, and ZMA at night.
I look leaner but only lost 1 pound, Im pretty sure I lost BF% and gained some lean mass in a way.
Anyways adding CLA did make a significant difference to my mid section FYI, I use CLA with my fish oil pills (o m e g a s 3 6 9).
O well, till next weeks weigh in, Just had 2 met ** brownies as my cheat meal for the week 800 calories, 60G protein, 80G carbs.
Not really cheating but a healthy kind of cheat id say.

Also for diet, let this be a lesson for others, I have tried clen and even have a log here.
Clen did not do much for me, what worked for me was a clean solid diet and cardio, plain and simple.
No one wants that, everyone wants to pop a pill and lose that BF% snd get that 6pack, not that easy.
so even though you hear it over and over its the truth, im proof. Diet and Cardio

O shit btw here is how much protein and shit i used to use until i learn the real vaule of whole food, complete proteins, different sources of meat.

I pretty much tried to keep all the supplements I used in the past 2 years with me just to prove taking all this stuff as the supplements try and promote will turn you into a bodybuilder
will not it takes time, dedication and strict dieting.
I have not even calculated how much this is probably worth, but more so recently in the last year I moved to more whole foods in my diet except PWO and waking up.

    Not test levels per se.

I think there's still alot more you can learn about your body.. specifically w/ regard to dieting and training.

Things that will ultimately direct your ability to improve drastically on gear.

    Assessment is an on-going process.

I say post pics again in a year for reassessment.

I'd suggest you look around for a natty BB to train with as opposed to the NPC judge you used for this show.
