Spiro and propencia

Im bout to start my cycle:
dbol 40mg for 25 days
deca 550mg for 10 weeks
sust 650mg for 10 weeks

im a little worried about my hairline so im thnking of getting some spiro and propencia and was wondering if i need to see a doctor to get this or is there a special pharmacy that sells this stuff.
