I have no real consistent diet. I tried 1500 cals a day, which was met with some success, but it's not enough food for me, especially now that I am lifting. I'm consuming probably 2500 cals on avg. now. My grandparents are from Italy, so naturally my diet is high in carbs. I know, i should be eating more protein and less in carbs. And I plan to do so, once I figure out my clenbuterol stack/cycle.
Any help?
