I have leaned out very well. abs are popping! i have been doing empty stomach cardio, abs, and weights for a few months now. my weight training is starting to suffer. i am rotating carbs during the week and has been working very well.
what would the best in between cardio & abs - weights PWO shake or meal?
I am thinking of these:
1) 40g of whey, 30g of waxy maize, glutamine, bcaa's, & creatine
a) pound down after cardio & abs?
b) sip throughout weights?
2) 40g of whey, 34g of oats
3) 50g of egg whites and 34g of oats
My PWO after weights is:
40g of whey, 60g of waxy maize, bcaa's, glutamine, & creatine
1hr later 50g of egg whites and 34g of oats
