Dosage question....Clen/T3 and EQ....need some guidiance PLEASE.

Sorry for the NOOB questions guys but...

I got a 30mL(200MCG/ML) Bottle of Clen and a bottle of T3 at 30mL(200MCG/ML). I was also supplied a syringe for dosaging but the #'s and letters are coming off already.

I am trying to dose 60mcg of Clen and 60mcg T3. I am confused as to how to dose this out of the syringe provided.

I also have a U-100 1CC insulin Syringe that reads in doses of 10.

First if I use the 1CC insulin syringe what should I pull it to to get 60mcg's? and secondly should my dosage of T3 go up as my dosage of Clen goes up?

I also has some Equipose.....is it good to take this before I start my clen cycle(trying to get cut for the summer we are in right now) or should I do the 6 weeks of Clen/T3 then get into the EQ cycle at week 5 then after my EQ runs out then do 6 more weeks of Clen/T3?
