Thread: how to harden my lower chest.

    how to harden my lower chest.

    my whole upper - middle chest is solid as a rock, but the lower is still flabby. i do chest once a week, we usually do bench/ bb or db. incline/ smith or regular. flys/ incline or regular. and cable crossovers. i also throw in some decline if im not too burnt out. my question is what should i be doing to get the bottom part of my chest hard. ( i was a fat addolecent and i still have the large puffy nipples to prove it .)

    any pointers on getting my whole chest hard as a rock?

    Whats your body fat%?

    Lower chest has alot to do with bf%.

    Have to agree with bigsexy. Assuming your diet/cardio are in check, then I would also recommend dips and decline presses. You should workout your lagging part first. Meaning the lower chest needs to be FIRST. After you've done your dips and decline presses, then and only then should you move onto the middle/upper heads.

    Drop bodyfat and watch the lines underneath your chest appear. Dropping bodyfat will make your chest look larger and more full.

    I agree you must always work the lagging part of the body first before you become to fatigued. This will ensure that it get the attention it needs to grow.

    The only thing that will help is lowering your bodyfat. Your lower chest will not grow seperately from the rest of your chest. It grows as a whole.
