my whole upper - middle chest is solid as a rock, but the lower is still flabby. i do chest once a week, we usually do bench/ bb or db. incline/ smith or regular. flys/ incline or regular. and cable crossovers. i also throw in some decline if im not too burnt out. my question is what should i be doing to get the bottom part of my chest hard. ( i was a fat addolecent and i still have the large puffy nipples to prove it.)
any pointers on getting my whole chest hard as a rock?
