on cycle what results should i expect for 10 weeks

what kind of results should i expect ie lean muscle mass gain loss body fat water retention etc ?

Well bro, post your stats first and the rest depends on your diet and training. This is a question with no right answer. Its different for everyone. Post your stats and we can give you a guess. The Sust seems a we bit low to me and does not seem like to great of a cycle. Post them up man and we will do our best

diet is low carbs 4 to 5 times a day with what i get out in iraq.

brkfast 4 egg whites 2 whole eggs and 2 turkey sausage

snack generally a low carb protein bar from eas

lunch 2 cans tuna 2
2 tbsp may
i tbsp chopped egg
1 tbsp mustard

2 baked chicken breats
2 cups salad and 2oz blu cheese or csr drsg


mid day snack

1 to 2 chk breast

dinner

3.5 oz baked fish

1 chicken breast

2 cups salad w/ jalapenos


post workout

eas myo pro protein shake 2 scoops with water

tjm what do you suggest to make it a better cycle? the only other product i have out here is anavar and the pct kits

ur diet is ok! ...umm but as far as ur cycle save the Winstrol for another cycle..Bump the Sustanon to 500mg/w or 2cc, leave the Deca at 300 {unless u are depending on the deca to get big? then u need to up that dosage to 600}..the cytomel is good and i think ull be good? do u have letro, arimadex and nolva? if not get some....and for pct use Arimadex, nolvadex, clomid and possibly HCG

for pct i got clomid actually during cycle i take i think right and nolvadex with hcg. save the winstrol for another cycle should i run that alone or with the anavar and since i have 6 months of hgh should i run the winstrol with the hgh since i dont have another test to run with it or do i run the anavar and the winstrol ogether? if so what about liver toxicity ?

do not run two orals together idc what they are!...if u do 6 months of HGH then u can do the above suggested cycle .. then a couple weeks after run the test n winni with the GH ..and then after run the anavar and GH with another form of test!

thanks bulldog i got it now i am gonn increase the sustanon and deca and get 2 more sustanon to run with the winn and anavar. i really appreciate it i will kepp you guys posted on my improvemnts as well i will show a photo journal for it all too. thanks again bro
