    egg whites

    do you guys cook them on a skillet?

    Skillet is my #1 choice but when time is an issue or I have to make breakfast at work I resort to using the microwave.

    thats a good idea, you just put them in tupperware and microwave for how long?

    Depends on how many egg whites you got in there but a few minutes usually does the trick. The taste isn't the same as on the skillet but it works.

    are you talking about egg whites from the carton or just eggs that you skillet then take the yoke out >

    Eggs from the carton. Seperate the white from the yoke then throw it on the skillet or put them in the microwave. I keep a carton of Egg Beaters at work just incase I have to work overnight but I prefer to use eggs from the carton.

    lol... i dont have any taste at all for straight up yolks so boiling didnt even occur to me.

    i either have mine scrambled or i drink them raw blended into a protein shake.

    eggs are gross so are oats. i hate breakfast

    Very True, oats aren't something I look foward to eating at 4:00 a.m.

    Raw whites need to me cooked. Protein in the egg is less bioavailable when uncooked.

    Pastuerized egg white are a different story as they have already been cooked.
