I find that whenever i eat a hardy meal the muscles most recently trashed get pumped and tight. That happen to anyone else? Also, sometimes i get hemmorrhoids.

they should feel the same way if your eating right
No but if I eat before a workout opposed to not eating I always get a much better pump.
My big difference I notice is the day after a big cheat meal I get bigger pumps and more energy...most likely from all the processed carbs from pizza, pasta, or whatever I ate.
i workout late morning, two meals into the day, and my strength and pumps gargle balls if i havent had at least 1000 cal and like 5 bottles of water
I notice much better pumps if i've eaten well.
carbs, preferably the fast absorbing ones, imo, is worlds better than that no2 crap
it's also good for the mind to let go and relax once in a while too...
Here are my steps to a great workout:
1. Full Breakfast of Eggs and Oat
2. All you can eat chinese buffet or Huge bowl pasta
3. 2-3 hours poolside, with a little catnap and plenty of T/A to stare at.
4. Quick pretrain meal and a little creatine/no2/gatorade combo
Great pumps, energy, everything.
I go low carbs throughout the week, and bottom out my glycogen levels. the day before my weight workout week begins, i have a carb up.....yesterday it was 600 grams of carbs from white rice, and about 2 jars of marinera, and some waxy maize, totalling about 900 grams of carbs.....odly, I still almost feel like it was'nt enough. I woke up feeling tight, and I dont even feel like I am holding much water. usuallly though, the workouts after a day like that are ****en amazing.
LOL MFT, I'll see how that works for me
I workout at night after a day of eating many times throughout the day. I usually feel strong and get good workouts in. When I workout in the morning, I usually feel weak and unmotivated. I chalk it up to the food I eat throughout the day, carbs and protein and lots of coffee.
