going to be doing an m1t cycle..i wanna do it before i do an actual cycle..please dont flame me, i know all the risks etc
and ive gone through the posting of all stats and everything but ive decided that i dont wanna cycle test e just quite yet...
I am just curious as to the dose of milk thistle that is to be taken when on the cycle and after

cycle will look like this

weeks 1-4: 15mg ed
weeks 1-4: Milk thistle..HOW MUCH?????
weeks 5(day 1) Clomid 300 mg
Weeks 5(day 1) novladex 40 mg
weeks 5 clomid 100 mg, nolvadex 20 mg
weeks 6-8 clomid 50 mg, nolvadex 10 mg

i pulled that pct from the m1t faq...its sorta wierd..i dunno about it..its almost unconventional..anyways

BTW THE M1T i have has
17-methyl-1 androstene... 10mg
4-androsten-4-ol-3beta, 17beta-dione- acetate 50mg
4-androstene-3-beta, 17 betal-diol 100mg

Sounds like you made up your mind. Well, two serms in your PCT is unnecessary, and most AIs will take at least that long to start working. Here's what I'd do. WARNING: M1T has caused lots of gyno.

week 1-2: M1T 10mg ed/ Aromasin 12mg ed
week 3-5: M1T 20mg ed/ aromasin 12mg ed
week 6-7: Nolva 20 ed/ aromasin 12mg ed
week 8-10: nolva 10mg

y the aromasin...m1t doesnt convert to estorgen at all...like ZERO
and i was told clmoid is there for the boost in test and the novladex to battle any estrogen rebounds

aromasin permanantly binds to aromatase - so you get your estrogen worries taken care of during your cycle, with NO REBOUND. No other AI does that.

M1T does convert, trust me.

Nolva and clomid both do the same thing - by blocking estrogen receptors they stop estrogen sides and cause the hypothalamus to increase testosterone.

M1T caused that

Clomid and Nolva may have different molecular affinities, causing them to bond more or less to certain receptors, but the overall effect is practically identical. In fact, Clomiphene citrate is less likely to bind to the targeted sites which is why it takes about twice as much clomid as it takes nolva to do the job.

if you prefer one or the other, thats cool, bc there are arguments for that and everyone is dif, but there is no reason to use them both, unless you want jaundice

Yeah I was half kidding about the jaundice. The point is taking them both dramatically increases the the hepatoxicity of your pct, especially after harsh orals. Will you be fine? prob. Is it healthy? NO Can serious sides occur? yeah.

no i have no critism on the schedule that fine I think as long as you have a serm and ai your on the right track especially aromasin and nolva they work well together no negative like adex and nolva so spot on to me i just like to use clomid nolva and aromasin but each his own

werd bro. I forgot about the milk thistle Q. I actually dont know the answer. I just buy the bottle and it comes in long capsules, maybe they're 100 mg, and I just took mine one in the morning and one at night. The bottle will have dosage suggestions on it i think. Wat u think dug?

so ill see if i can get some aromasin..if i cant, am i safe to run nolva at 10 mg ed throughout the cycle...and then just bump the dose up after im done??? im gonna run both the clomid and the nolva, just feel better doing that and ive dont a lot of reading about using both, seems clomid is a better booster of test, im also gonna use some zeus...for boosting test

any toher advice especially for the milk thistle

just a couple hundred mg theres no sides to it, besides it can loosing up your crap so if that gets bad lower the dose... i think they come in 200mg caps so I would say anywhere from 200mg - to 600mg

if its ur first time 15mg should suffice

pending on how the sides affect you, 20mg for the last 2 weeks could be plausable

as far as milk thistle, 1500mg/day should be the minimum==never had ne problems w/ loose stools either

nolva does not need to be run during cycle b/c m1t does not aromatize...i used nolva/clomid pct when i ran my cycle, and recovery was just this side of wonderful...ALOT easier than clomid/aromasin pct following a cycle of SD

almost forgot...

lethargy is going to more than likely be a side effect for you...pick up a BIG bottle of ester vitamin c to help combat that

start off w/ 6g ester c per day

take 1g, 1hr preworkout, 1g pwo, and divide the rest up evenly through the day

if 6g doesnt do the trick, and you still feel sluggish, up the dose to 8g, so on and so forth until you dont feel like a sloth lol

milk thistle atleast 1.2g ed. i've heard it does more before the cycle, and during pct, not so much during cycle. but its cheap so it can't hurt to run in the whole time
