Hey everyone Im jus wondering what you all would recommend for a split. Say I was doing chest/bis today should I do my benchpress than db curls than flys than bar curls etc.... or should I do all my chest excersizes followed by all my bi excersizes?

Everyone has a different opinion on whats good. You can try this split:
Mon: Chest/Shoulders/Triceps
Tues: Back/Biceps
Weds: Legs/Abs
Thurs: Cardio
Then repeat. That gives each body part 3 days of rest. Also it lets you get out of the gym in 30-60 minutes.
Thanks for the post, I shouldve been more specific I meant like within the same day, say On the Back/Bi day should i do all the back excersizes than all the bi excersizes or do one back exercise than one bi exercise etc...
How do you manage to get chest, shoulders and triceps all in 30-60 minutes? I'm not flaming, but that seems like a short period of time to hit three muscle groups. How many sets are you doing for each muscle group?
i do back/bis/legs and alterante with tris/shoulders/chest. Just do 3 sets to failure rest pausing. takes about 45 minutes of weights. DC style training. best style i have used in 13 years
