I have noticed there are little pieces of glass in the bottom of my amp when
I draw out all the oil. I hope this is safe. I guess some of the chips of glass went in it when I broke the top of the amp off. I doubt I can draw any glass out anyways...

get filter needles instead of drawing up with a regular needle, and amp breaker (or use a pen cap) for cleaner breaks.
get an ampule opener from a research company or a place that sells vials and that kind of things......If you can,t find a place to get one PM me...untill then use a fingrnail file and file arond (score)the part that snaps off....
I swear I shoild open a website that just sells ampule openers!!!!!!!!
It isn't mentioned much but everyone should be using 5 micron filter needles when using amps regardless weather you see glass or not.
And to state the obvious, if you draw from an amp with a filter needle, you don't shoot with it.
Even with an opener some small pieces of glass could fall into the gear. I've never worried about it, but some do.
the strange this is I have an amp opener. This has only happened twice. when I draw the oil out there is a little piece of glass in the amp.. Like I said this has happened only twice, I doubt it will matter anyways...
I think if it's problematic to get thing like amp opener, there's also one alternative as knife for cutting glass (usually used by artists).
I use amp openers for nice clean easy breaks. good investment
