carb up day on a 1800 cal a day diet, how many carbs should i be taking in each meal at 6 meals per day?

i went 3 weeks without a carb up so far, (been using clen)

need more information then that... give a detailed list of everything you eat every day and all the macro's....... plus your age/height/weight and a general idea of your workout schedule and job...
