    shoulder/back acne?

    hey dudes, anyone know of any good products to deal with back/shoulder acne?? thanks in advance bros

    Up your water intake to 1-1/2 gallons
    Milk Thistle at 1500mg
    Sea Salt and Hydrogen peroxide baths
    If your using test, then adding in a 19-nor at a small dose will help, or a product that prevents dht binding. If using 19-nors, do not use DHT inhibitory products

    Go tanning 3-4 times a week.

    Minocycline from the doc will clear it up for sure.

    Shower day and night.

    so milk thistle really helps back acne?

    Hmm... i havent taken any in like a week or so and i am startin to bust out on my back... had no idea...

    anything else?

    any good products to wash ur back by urself?

    anything with salyic acid in is helpful, i'm currently taking oxytetracyline antibiotics 1000mg ED and washing with benzyl peroxide wash twice a day, my spots have cleared up a lot and are starting to fade. I got a bad feeling some of mine are going to leave scars like, anyone got any ideas on how to get rid of acne scars lol.

    Summer time in the UK !! what summertime lol and the ocean water over here would melt your skin, suppose that it would still get rid of spots though

    But i'm liking the sound of summer in the US.

    Tanning, Nizoral, Anti Bi's. Your right about the ocean water in the UK... lol. Wales still has some of the nicest beached I have seen in the world though....
