I just discovered this piece of equipment in my gym. It is annoying as hell to walk on but it really burns a lot of calories. It burns about 150k cals in 10 mins while I keep my heart rate at 70%
Since I am a firm believer of low intensity cardio, I was wondering if there were any negative things about the treadclimber (ie: muscle loss) And why doesn't most people use it considering that you are able to burn a superior amount of calories while keeping your heart rate low?![]()
