This is the three day workout for mass that I will be doing and wanted some feedback. I will do this every m,w,f afternoons. I play basketball in the mornings m,w,f to try to keep my cardio good and for fun.
Squats - tripple drop
Leg Extensions - tripple drop
Leg Curls - tripple drop
Incline Dumbells- tripple drop
Shoulder Press -tripple drop
Seated Rows - tripple drop
Bench Press - tripple drop
Barbell Bicep Curls - tripple drop
Tricep Extensions - tripple drop
Pullups - As many as i can do for one set
Weighted Dips - As many as I can do for one set
Standing Calf Raises - One set of 20
Abs - Crunches as many as I can do
My tripple drop set I put on a weight I can do 8-12 reps for. I do as many as I can then strip enough off where I can only get again between 8-12 and the same thing one more time. I always shoot for 12 reps and do more if I can get them.
I did it on Friday and I was really burned. Bench for example, I did 255 x 11, 205 x 9, and 155 x13.
