I have done glutes, delts and quads. Quads have been the most painful, for me. Injections are pretty much painless today but was sore as a virgin muscle back when I first started them. Probably because it is such an active and large muscle group.
I hit a nerve just once. My leg started flopping around instantly along with a sharp pain. It was quite funny, to be honest. Never drew blood on an aspirate. So, other than the intermittent, mild soreness of the sites (2 out of 10 times) it is a smooth sailing region to work in for me.
Good luck.
for me delts and glutes are painless, but a friend does them for me. i tried poking myself in the glute today, but that didn't work, i don't really bend that wayfunny i know. so the two muscles i have left are quads and delts now which of those do u guys think that i can do myself better and less painfull ?
tnx,
R.
i do my quads on the outer sides of my legs, hurt for the next week due to virgin muscle but they're my favorite place to shoot now.
same here.
outer quad is one of my favs. it's easy, and quick.
i can do my delts myself. and my partner gives me my glute injections.
just remember to rotate your sites!![]()
quad shots rule!
try s---injecti---.com
If you know what that is.....
