Heys guys, need advice. Bit of history first. about 18 months ago had an acciedent and ended up in acoma, as a result i'm now on sus 250 every 10 days for rest of my life, before the acciedent i was 93kgs, think its about 204lbs, i'm 5'9", and had 9%body fat. all natural too. i'm now 22, and weigh only 73kgs, (160bls) about 12% body fat. i'm serious keen on doing a cycle i have been training my ass off for the past 14months again and can't get it back, i think its because my test levels are lower because i only have the sus 250 injections to live off, no natural production.
My question is whats the best cycle for me to do?? i assume i won't need a pct, but should i do sus250 as my cycle if so, should i stack, and how often should i train muscle groups on a cycle? once or twice a week, so much info out there? what works? Guys all the advice i can get would be apprciated, cheers.
