    Workout Rock songs

hey guys long time no see..I have made a thread about this long ago...but I would like to start a new one...im not looking for any death medal or crazy devil rock music..more like heavy metal, vocals that can be understood.. songs like "staind - outside" is more of my liking..

Dredge up some Metallica. I just did it after like 8 years and it was a major boost in the gym. Master of Puppets & And Justice for All. That should keep you going for a couple weeks!

    You need to listen to:

    Band. Song.
    Dream Evil The Chosen Ones
Dream Evil In Flames YOu Burn
    Nonpoint Bullet With a Name
    Manowar Sons of Odin
    Manowar Call To Arms
    Manowar Hand of Doom
Manowar Warriors of the World United
    Linkin Park Bleed it out
