Would you say a CLIF Bar, and 25g of whey isolate is a poor pre-workout meal?
The CLIF Bar contains:
3g Fat
.5g Sat. Fat
45g Carbs (9g fiber, 21g Sugar, 19g other carbs)
10g Protein
I ask because they are easy to eat, taste good, and deliver good energy. The sugar is not processed, in this case coming mainly from apricots. On a scale of 1 - 10, how would you rate 25g Whey Isolate and the above-mentioned CLIF bar as a pre-workout meal?
