Hey I ate last at noon which was 3 1/2 hours ago... I had 3 pieces of flaxseed toast 22 carbs total + 1 whole and 7 egg whites scrambled. Currently it's 3:30 and i'm eating brown rice and chicken breast but i've only eaten about 1/4th of it.... the whole thing is around 450 calories or so. I'm not hungry though..... should i be FORCING it down? I plan to workout at 4:30..... I am going to eat an apple around 4:15-4:20ish.... any thoughts, tips, advice on this would be greatly appreciated. I love eating but HATE to force myself to eat when i'm not feeling hungry...
