this should be more on the diet and nutrition dialoge but i'm more confident to ask people in the bodybuilding/competition feild about this
my girlfriend does modeling, and she just qualified for a huge international competition witch will be on air aug.13th 08. i do bodybuilding myself and she trains with me but with the competition so close we Need some major improving with her diet.
i need to know of some "suplimentation", if any, that will help her keep the breasts or inhance them, and with girls they loose allot of the muscle shape fast... so
brings question #2 what kind of a diet should she run weeks prior to the show, to keep the muscle bellies looking full and her bodyfat to a minimum she cant get too cut for this
