    ANY info on this wud be great!

    this should be more on the diet and nutrition dialoge but i'm more confident to ask people in the bodybuilding/competition feild about this

    my girlfriend does modeling, and she just qualified for a huge international competition witch will be on air aug.13th 08. i do bodybuilding myself and she trains with me but with the competition so close we Need some major improving with her diet.
    i need to know of some "suplimentation", if any, that will help her keep the breasts or inhance them, and with girls they loose allot of the muscle shape fast... so
    brings question #2 what kind of a diet should she run weeks prior to the show, to keep the muscle bellies looking full and her bodyfat to a minimum she cant get too cut for this

    write out what she's eating right now

    as far as supplementation goes, all i can think of would be a diuretic before the competition, anything else would be detected

    right now i got her eating more red meet, chicken and tuna, one shake in the morning (30g) so about 150g protein/day. and for the carbs she has sweet potatoes, brown rice, one meal of veggies and almonds,cashews and such.. i switch it up but basically she has a portion with every meal (4 meals/day) about 150grams total carbs.
    shes 5'9 135lbs
    there wont be any testing done tho i dont think. she'll only be taking supliments.
    basic multivitamines and other basics, evening promose oil, the kind with high GLA witch converts to estrogen

    it would help if you wrote out what she ate tomorrow, portions and everything, saying she eats meat and cashews doesn't help us any

    here's a good diet that i use for cutting, it's way too high in calories for her but cut everything back and she'll be fine, just base her diet off it

    Meal 1: 60g Oatmeal/225cal/8gP-41gC-2gF

    2 Tbsp Mayo light 40cal/0gP-2gC-3gF

    yeah i go by visual i dont measur everything,

    this is her exact diet how it is now, agian i dont really know amount of calories exact, but you'll gt a fair idea

    -10:am isolate whey protien shake, 30 g

    -meal 1- 2eggwhites 2 slices whole wheat bread/ evening prmose oil 1000mg

    -meal 2- 1 can tuna in water, 1 cup cooked brown rice

    -meal 3- large salad, 5 cashews, 10 almonds / evening promose oil 1000,mct oil 1 tblspoon

    -meal 4- (post workout) 1.5 chicken brests, 1/2 cup brochoili, 1/2 cup green beens

    ... thats about it sometimes she has 2 small sweet potatoes instead of brocholli and green beans
    you think i'm going high on carbs?

    i hope its enough info
