Im wanting to run a 500 a week cycle of sust for 10 weeks. How should I go about handling the PCT? This is my first cycle. my only choices for PCT are Clomid and Nolvadex.

Thats a sensible low dose short first cycle, nolva may suffice, 40/20/20/20, but checkout the PCT section.
PS, PCT should start 3wks after your last shot.

what should i have on hand during my cycle to prevent gyno and ect?

So for a 10 week cycle I should get 2 30 x 20mg of nolva on hand just in case?
